General Objective:
Providing assistance to Passengers in boarding, disembarking, special assistance, reception, check-in, passenger transfer, lounge, handling operational irregularities and baggage.
REMARKS: This qualification allows access to a regulated profession/professional activity

E-Learning course
The course E-learning (distance learning) is developed on a technical platform called Moodle, which allows access to and management of active learning content. This course has a modular structure, which allows for the necessary adaptability and flexibility of learning. The entire learning process is accompanied by a qualified e-trainer.
The aim of teaching the Aeronautical English Course in E-learning is to make quality training available to all trainees who, for various reasons, are unable to attend the course in person.
Requirements
- To attend this course you need access to a computer or tablet with an Internet connection and a browser (programme for surfing the web), such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer.
- You can access the course from any computer (e.g. at home or in the office), tablet or smartphone.
- You don't need to install any programmes on your computer to access the course.
Face-to-face course:
Theoretical training is given in a classroom accompanied at all times by a qualified instructor on MA premises. All documentation is made available via the Moodle platform.
