To provide trainees with additional skills and technical knowledge to obtain a Cabin Crew Certificate (CCA), a mandatory requirement for cabin crew (Flight Attendant/Commissioner), issued by ANAC.
At the end of the training, trainees will be able to work as part of an aircraft crew to ensure the safety of people and property, act in emergency situations and assist passengers.

Full validation of the curriculum is required for the vocational training certificate to be issued.
At the end of the training course, successful trainees will receive a Course Completion Certificate. With this certificate, trainees must apply to ANAC for a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).

Systematic use of different techniques (exposition, demonstration, case studies, simulation, problem-solving) and teaching methods (expository, interrogative, demonstrative, active), essentially focussing on active methods.

O B-learning is a semi-presential teaching modality, which combines theoretical classes at a distance (E-Learning) and practical classes in person.
The learning of the theoretical modules takes place on the Moodle platform, which allows online access and management, with active learning training content - an online class developed between trainee and trainer.
The practical training takes place in a Mockup environment (cabin simulator), Water Survival exercises (pool water survival), Fire and Smoke Training (cabin fire simulation) and Basic Life Support.

Face-to-face course:
Theoretical training is given in a classroom accompanied at all times by a qualified instructor on MA premises. All documentation is made available via the Moodle platform.
