This course is taught in accordance with the CNQ (National Qualifications Catalogue) and is a level 4 course.
General Objectives
Providing assistance to Passengers in boarding, disembarking, special assistance, reception, check-in, passenger transfer, lounge, handling operational and baggage irregularities, ticket and baggage sales and/or reservations, as well as ensuring aircraft rotation activities and carrying out tasks inherent to document processing, invoicing, storage and cargo and mail irregularities.
Training modality

In person
B-learning (training modality used in exceptional situations, namely in the pandemic situation or in situations of force majeure where face-to-face activity is not possible).
Duration
18 months + work placement*
Total training hours: 1200 hours
Practical Training
210 hours of work experience in a real work context will be added to the training load.
Compulsory for adults who do not work in an occupation corresponding to the vocational course they have attended or in a related area.
Training methodology
Systematic use of different techniques (exposition, demonstration, case studies, simulation, problem-solving) and teaching methods (expository, interrogative, demonstrative, active), essentially focussing on active methods.

O B-learning is a semi-presential teaching modality, which combines theoretical classes at a distance (E-Learning) and practical classes in person.
The learning of the theoretical modules takes place on the Moodle platform, which allows online access and management, with active learning training content - an online class developed between trainee and trainer.

Theoretical training is given in a classroom accompanied at all times by a qualified instructor on MA premises. All documentation is made available via the Moodle platform.

Certification
Full validation of the curriculum is required for the vocational training certificate to be issued.
At the end of the training, successful trainees will receive a vocational training certificate issued via the SIGO platform (Sistema de Informação e Gestão da Oferta Educativa e Formativa) coordinated by GEPE - Ministry of Education and Science, as provided for in Ministerial Order no. 474/2010 of 8 July.
