Training Director – MA Training Group
Responsible for managing and coordinating the MA Aviation Training Centre in Portugal and Cape Verde, he has over 20 years of experience in the field of training, ensuring the quality, compliance and continuous development of training programmes.
Since 2003, she has also served as Training Director for the MA Formação Group. She holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Management from the Catholic University of Lisbon.
Bruno Cruz
Training Manager for the Cabin Crew course
Responsible for opening the easyJet base in Portugal, leading operational teams and ensuring strict compliance with international safety and service excellence standards.
He has worked as a recruiter, instructor and verifier for several national and international airlines, such as Luxair, Luzair, Air Luxor and Jet Replubic Aviação Executiva. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in the training, monitoring and development of more than 6,000 cabin crew members.
Recognised for his multidisciplinary experience, technical rigour and passion for teaching, he has become a benchmark in aeronautical training in Portugal. Today, he puts all his knowledge and high standards at the service of MA AVIATION, ensuring that each trainee leaves prepared and confident in an increasingly selective international market.

Eunice Pinto

She has been a cabin crew member for approximately 15 years. It was never her dream job, but today it is the only one that fulfils her and makes her proud. Being able to fly and bring safety to any part of the world is her greatest goal.
His still limited experience has given him the opportunity to now train those who dream of becoming cabin crew and thereby contribute to excellence in aviation.

With a master's degree in management and tourism, it was in aviation that he began his career. It has been 11 years of many ups and downs, some countries visited, important moments missed, but also so many other incredible moments experienced on board. It was during her career progression: when she was promoted to cabin crew manager and consequently became part of the team of instructors at an airline, she realised that it was in training that she rediscovered herself. She has always enjoyed sharing her knowledge with others, and being an instructor/trainer combines her two passions: aviation and training.
